Room was nice and relatively big, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, WiFi was also very good. Grab and go breakfast was very simple. Staff at front desk was not very accommodating. The girl refused to give me a coffee capsule upon checkout.

Cheap pricing, location downtown. Area around the hotel in construction. Problem on arrival with adding another person in the reservation (my mother-in-law) despite having spoken to Expedia before the day of arrival (new hotel staff?). Breakfast box scarce and unsufficient (more like sweet snacks).

Great potentiel but this hotel sets the minimum standards. All the restaurents around are closed since the pandémies. Old Hotel with partial rénovations. Good bed at least. Good cleaning service my room was done every day. With a few more rénovation in the bathroom, à nice restaurent and a pool it would be awsome!

Clean and fairly quiet. It looks like the hotel is being updated incrementally - some things are obviously new, while other things will need to be replaced soon - but everything is very clean and functional.

Good place, we were there for 3 nights mixing work and pleasure. People working there were polite but not the most welcoming. TV needed an upgrade, you could barely see on the screen. Location was good with a lot of stores around.

My room was not cleaned for 4 days in a row. I had to go get towels and soap. This was not the case during my previous stays. This hotel should stop advertising the gym, as all equipment have been broken since over 6 months. The staff are very professional and go above and beyond in most cases. Overall okay hotel. Obviously an old building, but the room was kept clean and the shower was surprisingly modern (though housed in an old bath tub). Breakfast quality is nothing special, a cardboard box with one muffin, a yogurt, a juice box, a bar, and some cheese. What really hampered the stay was the complete apathy and lack of interest of the staff. One of my travel companions sprained their ankle entering the hotel due to uneven flooring and the two staff at the front desk simply looked on while other guest went to help the person. When the person got to the desk to check in, hotel staff didn't ask if they were okay or even acknowledge anything had happened. The hotel also requires a 200$ safety deposit, which seems excessive considering the mediocrity of the place.
