From the time I was greeted at the entry to leaving a few hours later, the, food, service and atmosphere compared favourably to a fine dining restaurant in Seoul 잠쉴스, The menu was large without being too hard to choose from, the quality and quantity was excellent, and matched to a great wine list, I enjoyed every moment of my dinner, and the best surprise was the cost, very affordable for the experience, enjoy this place, not just as a hotel guest, but as a destination.

There was no prior notice about breakfast buffet venue change. I was looking forward to having buffet at STAY and this is quite disappointing. As Premium VIP, 2hrs late checkout should be guaranteed but only 1hr was offered. Recently VIPprogram benefit has been update, but i guess thr front manager was not educated about this change

First time at the property. Great services and accommodations. Our heater wasn't working for a whole day but the management was very quick to respond to the situation. Overall we were pleasant with staffs customer services.

we stayed there for 2 nights and it was great. It so close to Lotte world and there are shopping and food in the area. The service was excellent and the room was spacious. The view is good, even though I expected the night view could be a bit more brighter. The only thing is that the breakfast is below expectation. They do not even have fresh juice. The juice was a bit bad and we did have it when we had breakfast there.

This building was gorgeous, the staff all spoke fluent English, we had a lovely tea time and the sauna was the nicest I’ve ever been to. The only problem we had during the whole trip was in the pool. Apparently in Korea, it’s a rule to wear a head covering in the pool. The hotel offered caps, but they were all too small. My friend and I have long hair. The particularly disturbing part was that the worker would only talk to me and not my friend, even though we were together. I’m white, my friend is black, and we are both American and speak fluent English. He said “your friend needs to wear one too.” Why would he say it to me like that? Just say it to her, since we’re both right there. The whole experience was weird and awkward. I know Korea is very closed off from the rest of the world and it is not common for the average Korean to see foreigners, however at a hotel of this caliber should have staff that is racially sensitive. I hope the hotel can provide its staff with racial sensitivity training so it doesn’t happen to another guest.

View from the 87th floor room. Room facility is at the top class. The quality and style is exquisite. The full window view is huge and unique. The control system is amazing to use. When you sleep the room becomes totally dark. No light leakage or small control lights are on. The bell service staff helped the luggage to the limousine bus stop in the very cold morning. It took a very long walk about 15 mins. Bravo.

Best Luxury Hotel Stay Ever

We’ve stayed in several luxury hotels in skyscrapers around the world, and this one is by far the best experience. It is not pretentious at all, and it comes with many free amenities not advertised with the room. The staff is amazing and attentive. The views from the rooms and the common areas are incredible.
