気になった点 : 清潔度、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
The person never provided the access key code required for self check in. I was never able to enter the property. When I called Expedia customer service for help, they said they couldn’t do anything because the booking was made through a third party (their Expedia Group company, VRBO). I contacted VRBO who also could not reach the property manager. I was stranded and forced to purchase another hotel room in the middle of the night although this property manager still has my money. They have still never replied to me or to VRBO. Truly bizarre experience when self check in is typically the easiest process.
