Excellent hotel for exploring Sendai

Convenient location, close to Clis Road shopping district and Sendai station and all the restaurants and bars in the area. Hotel has great features, including free laundry facilities and a relaxation room with massage chairs. The cold packs were also very welcome in the summer heat! Note: the hot springs at the hotel are for men only, however there is another branch of the hotel nearby with women's bathing facilities

The hotel is located right next to a subway station "Hirose-Dori" and a bus stop, and near a train station. It is on a main street and very safe at night. Many restaurants and shops are within a walking distance. The hotel has its own hot spring, but only for males!!! Females can use the one in nearby sister hotels. People at the front and cleaning people were always very friendly and kind. Only one thing was that the mattress was too firm to me, but it might be good for backbone.

Staff is very nice, the hotel is convenient.

I like the hotel cause it is convenient, well located, with some English speaking staff and they allow female guest to go to the onsen on the fancy hotel nono in front of the hotel.

I think it's meant more for business travelers but my wife, two teenagers, and myself were perfectly comfortable. They staff spoke limited English but that should be expected when you get further away from Tokyo/Kyoto.

ホテルの価格が2泊で5万円近くで通常の価格の３倍以上、部屋のレベルに比べ価格設定が高すぎる。値段に比べ泊まった部屋の床はシミと汚れがあり汚かった。また、冷蔵庫には、多分前回泊まった方のお水とゼリーが入っていた。気持ちが悪いので捨てたが掃除や確認が十分ではない。価格に合わない内容の料金で今回の旅行は残念というしかない。

露天風呂有ると思って予約したのに 男湯しか無いなんて信じられない 遅くにホテルに戻ったので ゆっくりとお風呂に入って寝たかった。 系列ホテルの温泉に入れると言っても 部屋着やスリッパで行ける訳じゃ無いので 意味無しです。 お風呂一つしか無かったら 時間で男女訳るなりの対応が必要だと思います。

女性用の温泉が館内に存在せず、近隣の施設を使うという仕組みです。近隣施設も清潔ですし距離は近くありますが、やはりちょっとの時間の朝風呂などは、時間や準備が余計にかかるため厳しいですね。温泉に気楽に入りたい方はお気をつけください。

良かった点 ウェルカムサービスとして冷蔵庫にミネラルウォーターとフィナンシェが入っていて心遣いが嬉しかった。 大浴場で無料のアイスが提供されており、素晴らしいサービスだと感心した。 悪かった点 部屋着があったが、裸のままハンガーで吊るされていて、ちゃんとクリーニングされているものなのか、ちょっと不安になった。

シンクが小さい。 排水パイプの敷設のためトイレ・バスへの段差は致し方無しも少し高い。 ベッドボードの電源タップ、シャワーヘッドの留め具のネジが緩んでおり、コンセントを引き抜いた際に飛び出す、シャワーヘッドが固定されないなどの不備がありましたのでメンテナンスをお願いします。
