「This is an old a little run down but for transfer divers it is great . My dive resort offered to pick me up at the airport the next morning for free , I opted to pay a taxi driver 50RM , about $15 USD . So worth it because the town is fun at night , many local restaurants, many gift shops , even a place to exchange money . Massage was about $25 USD , legitimate massage . The seafest hotel is at the ideal spot but that was sold out . This one was perfect , I even had a great view of the water ....

「Warning – total scam. Do not go there! We booked Lato Lato Resort through ebookers. After booking, there was no communication about the boat transfer. We only received a reply on the day of arrival, which is completely unprofessional. When we arrived at Lato Lato Resort, we were not assisted properly and were told the resort was overbooked. 「The hotel is in a very noisy area. With dogs barking on and off during the night. It didn’t help that the windows were closed the noise still came through. Room was small but clean what we needed for the night. We were plagued by children begging in the envions. What would be useful in the information for this hotel was that a 100 MYR cash deposit was required to be paid before getting the room. 「The airport transport was nearly one hour late... There instruction was to send me the license plate with no further comments. Another guy at the airport explained it to me and looked for my taxi. (the driver didn't get out of the car and helped me at all) At the hotel the gave me a rm which I couldn't log the door, due to the fact I was the only guest, I felt safe.
