「It was a beautiful place! The host was very nice and friendly; she came out to help us with things we could have read in the info packet she’d emailed, but she didn’t display the least bit of annoyance. Instead, she conversed with us a bit about the property.

「Charming cottage, conveniently situated near Stonehenge and other related sites. It was a great base for us to explore the area. The cottage had all we needed to be comfortable - plenty of space, comfortable beds and well equipped. The village has a great pub (The Plume of Feathers). We were there on a Sunday evening when it is usually shut, but the landlord said he would open the kitchen just for us!! The menu was imaginative and the food absolutely excellent so do recommend patronising...

「We absolutely loved our four night stay in Foxglove. We stayed in mid November with our terrier Murphy and used the hut as a base to explore Dorset. Its location made this easy to do and the accommodation itself was perfect for us. Brilliantly designed, it has all you need for a short stay. 「The Stable was as expected, the pictures represent the property perfectly. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend and return.
The Stable is on a site with quite a few other holiday lets, all qwerky and luxurious in their own right. Grounds were nice and we walked through the woods to the Clubhouse of the neighbouring golf club.
