"Pros: Clean, staff great, restaurant good, walking distance to beach, sits on harbor, rooms nice Cons: 1) some of the rooms look out to a courtyard, ours was on the same floor as the courtyard, that night some kids were playing with a volleyball in the courtyard until 11pm 2) only valet parking available 3) half the lights didn't work in the room"

"This hotel is excellent! Centrally located, updated, clean and freshly ground coffee all day! The breakfast is 10/10. Highly recommended!"

"The staff was outstanding at the DoubleTree! We arrived 4 hours early, and the main desk staff person was able to get us in our room immediately! He also signed us up for Hilton Honors in which we received some great perks saving us money. Their restaurant Coconut Charlies was so good that we never ventured out to any other restaurants. My new favorite sandwich is their Hawaiian chicken sandwich! Unfortunately the weather was cool and windy most of the time we were there so we were unable to use the pool. Our balcony overlooking the ocean was a great place to sit and read which I did. We plan on going back to the Double Tree Beach Resort in North Redington Beach! "

"The pros of this location are: the proximity to the beach, swimming pool, nicely decorated, free parking and friendly staff. However, the rooms need major improvements. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything from the rooms next door and upstairs! Also from the corridors. So basically you get no privacy. Also there's alot of light that comes from the back window."

"Ended up in an annex across the street (not on the beach) from the main property. Nothing was mentioned in the pre-book information about being placed in a building with no ice machine or other amenities and an elevator that stopped working requiring a climb to the third floor. Front desk attendant didn’t answer the phone at 8:30 PM, when we tried to call for info on hotel ice machines, requiring us to walk across the street to ask in person. Not a cheap hotel. Service could be better. Rooms were very nice, however, only a a single mirror in bathroom, with none others throughout the suite. "

"The host was welcoming, and responsive! Whenever we needed anything they provided it-including recommendations! The pool was great for our kids! Good beds and great rooms! Thanks for a wonderful stay! "

"Would definitely stay again. Clean, old style Florida with friendly staff. Clean spotless room no funky odours, comfy sleep, maybe fluffier pillows… clean bathroom a little tight but it worked for two people. Maybe provide some coffee for first night stay, small kitchenette also spotless. Pool area super clean, towels chairs and chairs for the beach across the street. Really nice bbq area with table and chairs if you wanted to prepare your own meals. Thank you to Amanda in the office very pleasant check in and check out. "
