Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi with workspace, TV, shared washing machine in the guest laundry, children’s books and toys, a ping pong table, and a pool table. Three high chairs and baby cots are available.



The private outdoor area includes a covered terrace and two balconies. Guests also have access to a shared garden with barbecue and playground. Nearby are a reservoir with climbing wall, the Speikboden cable car, Chemnitzerhütte, and Obermairalm. A free bus stop is just 250 meters away. E-bikes can be charged for free, and Meggimasee with restaurant is 800 meters away.



Parking is available on the property, with additional free spaces on the street. There is also storage for motorbikes, bicycles, and ski equipment. Pets are welcome for an extra fee. Smoking is not allowed. An EV charging station is available.
