"We stayed for a night to catch a show Friday night. The accommodations were perfect. Room was clean and roomy. Check in was super easy and quick. Only small complaint was the low water pressure in the shower. We were in the 15th floor and didnt know if that had anything to do with it."

"For paying more money for a suite, I was honestly expecting a cleaner stay environment. The shower floor was covered with mildew, the bed sheets contained hairs, and the sofa bed mattress contained a questionable stain that was exposed when pulling the bed out. Kids had to wear shoes while stepping on the floor due to getting black socks Really the only reason why I gave two stars was due to the staff being very friendly and valet was professional/top notch. Lastly, prior to checking out, the floors by the entrance doors were getting mopped and without no sign to caution wet floors my 3 year old daughter slipped to her knees- thankfully not getting seriously hurt. The man said “sorry about that” Would I stay there again? Perhaps not. Maybe a different Hyatt if the great staff is the same at all hotels. "

"The person that checked us in last Sunday afternoon was so helpful and allowed us to check in a little earlier. The tickets to the Japanese Gardens were a plus too. "

"Area was nice, hotel overall was ok. The refrigerator didn’t work, the “safe” in the room didn’t work, the hair conditioner didn’t pump. Water in room (1 cheap bottle water) was $4. Some mornings no coffee. Was ehhh ok. "

"The hotel is in a convenient location downtown portland. I suggest you do not park your car there however unless you want to pay an extra 50 plus dollars a night. Service is rather slow and the restaurant but the food was good and the views are amazing from the rooftop bar"

"The biggest plus for our stay was the well sized, properly stocked kitchen. I love trying new restaurants (there are several within walking distance) but need a home cooked meal now and again. Plenty of seating for lounging after a long day of hiking/sight seeing/whatever floats your boat. In short, we found this property to be clean, cozy, in a very walkable and quiet neighborhood, and would absolutely book it again. "

"We just needed something close to the VA AND HAD A SMOKING ROOM AND ACCESS FOR MY BROTHER. IT IS A SINGLE LEVEL AND HAD PLENTY OF CLOSE FOOD, fuel and a 7-11 right behind it. It was also the most affordable place I could find with 2 full beds. "

"We keep returning and the property has gotten better since the pandemic. a little disappointed that they now charge for unsecured parking. I like the large rooms for the price but not all rooms in the categories are consistent. We were kindly upgraded after being placed in a room that wasn't consistent with our other stays. Small and not updated. We were very quickly and efficiently made happy which I appreciated. We will return."
