「This spot location was perfect for our stay. The staff on arrival was having a “long” day and not super helpful in recommending dining options. We were sent to mediocre tourist spot that over charged our meal.
The room was great and the bed incredibly comfortable. Loved the historical piece to the place and our breakfast was lovely. Staff lovely the next day, so all in all a lovely stay.」

「We were staying in a separate suite and it was so nice. There was enough room for three of us, the views were amazing, the blackout shutters helped with a good sleep. The accommodation is located within walking distance from the bus and train station and close to the historic center. We had wonderful time on Trento, we were able to do everything we wanted to and Trentino card probided by the hotel was a nice bonus. You can do so many things with that including free transportation, discounted...

I made a mistake that led me to the weong location and even ended up calling the emergency number after midnight. Despite the late hour and mix-up, the staff responded with complete respect and patience, guiding me through the situation with understanding and professionalism.
