「Clean & comfortable」

「Very quaint and quiet, we enjoyed our staying very much would heavily recommend」

「Such a cute place! The owners were very responsive with our questions. We had a wonderful dinner and games in the screen room. Shower is roomy and the water pressure just right. Only wished there was a firepit. The dock was too unsafe to go out on. Would book with these owners again for sure!」

「We wanted to stay near the fairgrounds and the Admiral Peary is only a couple of miles away. As it turns out, not only was it convenient it was also a destination of its own. We hope to be able to return on a nice weekend in the summer, it was that nice a place to stay.」

「The location was off the beaten path and in the woods. Quiet cozy room ( no TV ) price was more than reasonable considering what hotels on the Conway strip cost. Free breakfast was simple, apples, oranges, muffins, pastries, coffee, tea. Stayed for Fryburg Fair.20 minutes away. Hot water in the morning was an issue as it was only lukewarm both shower and sink . Wall heater in bathroom didn’t work but wasn’t needed ( 35 degrees outside). Electric heat worked . These issues I’ve had in major Hotels...

「Beautiful spot, very scenic, and easy check-in and check out! Thanks!」

「Exactly as advertised and fun for kids. My 7 year old enjoyed all the games. The lake is a mile down the road but beautiful water and dog friendly! Our gps tried to take us down the wrong road and we didn’t have any service but it wasn’t hard to figure out how to get there. The owner was also great with communication!」

「The Manor Suite was cozy and charming. It was walking distance from restaurants and shops. I would have loved to stay longer to explore the area.I hope to stay there again if I return to Bridgton next summer.」

「The host was very clear on how to access the property and set expectations regarding breakfast, the room stay, and was so nice and helpful in answering any questions. The property was beautiful, charming, and well kept. We would love to visit again!」

「We have been staying here for 30+ years. It is in an absolutely beautiful location, as scenic as it gets. Lots of boating experience on the lake, canoe and kayak. Lost of hiking trails from the property, including a nice 25 minute "mountain climb" staring directly behind the tennis courts. Overall we highly recommend it. It has many lodging options, each different from the others, and reasonably priced. At one point it was not being as well maintained, but the owners have made...

「When you rent a tent site, your neighbors are visible and audible. When you rent the Ava Jade yurt, you are completely secluded in the woods. The woodstove heated the yurt rapidly so we were comfortably warm our entire stay. The yurt was well appointed and we had everything we needed including games! I would love to return.」
