Nice staff, good restaurant on lobby floor with good long hours, some loud-talking staff in the morning when I was still trying to sleep. Convenient location for someone visiting Seattle using Sea Tac airport. Nice room with nice bed.

Great place. Did have a dirty towel but not a big problem, I’m sure it was washed and cleaned just something that was hard to take off. Definitely loved the bed after flying all morning! Staff was amazing, I didn’t get her name but her make up was fabulous and she was very nice and respectful!

The staff checking in was very nice and friendly. The room however was falling apart. The fridge made a loud horrible noise. The wall/bathroom/grout falling apart. The tv stand wood falling off.
