You cannot beat the location for access to downtown, Climate Pledge Arena, The Space Needle (visible from the rooftop!), and waterfront park. All the amenities of home you'd ever want are provided including a washer/dryer in unit, wifi, and Roku. The views on the rooftop are also incredible!
**Your stay also includes a FREE STREET PARKING PASS! Do note parking may be difficult at times, but the parking pass will allow you to park on multiple blocks surrounding the unit for free!**
The space is modern yet comfortable. The apartment is located on the street side of the building but is well insulated so you can still enjoy a quiet evening off the town.
Guests will be able to use the entire apartment as if it were their own home. Rooftop access is provided to everyone in the building which includes a BBQ and amazing views of the water and space needle!

What a great place! Kitchen was very handy to have and we felt like we were at home in this unit. The unit was spotless and bed was comfy. Bathroom was big and the location was primo for the arena. We walked to pike place market, space needle and the hockey game. Having the parking pass was also a huge bonus. We would stay here again on our next visit to Seattle without hesitation.
Brandon was very kind to allow us access to our rental early. We had just flown in from overseas and were exhausted. The condo was clean well stocked with all the necessities. We were a bit confused with parking but he helped us with that too. We had a very nice stay, were able to walk to the Market and Sky Needle. The location was perfect, easy access to everything we needed. We will definately be back!!!
My wife and I wanted the opportunity to visit the new waterfront park, and this condo is in a perfect location. It’s also very close to the vibrant Queen Anne scene with all its restaurants and shopping. The unit checks all the basic boxes, and is quite functional. We especially appreciated the use of a parking permit which allowed us to park just a block away and ignore Seattle’s indecipherable parking regulations.
Great location! It is within walking distance to the monorail, the Space Needle and Pike’s Place Market among many other things. The rooftop deck is amazing!
