Step into our tastefully designed modern townhome! This cute and cozy townhome sits on a very quiet street and in a peaceful neighborhood while only minutes drive to downtown Seattle, West Seattle and Alki beach! Two suites on the lower & upper floors with own baths providing privacy, making this a perfect spot for two couples.
The home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is 670 sqft. This is a 4 story townhome (including the rooftop) with a few steps to entrance.
**Floor Plan** • Lower Floor: Parking entrance, bedroom with queen bed, bathroom w/ shower, heating only but stays comfortable in the summer • Main Floor: Street entrance, kitchen, dining, living room with smart TV, A/C for heating & cooling, washer/dryer • Second Floor: Loft bedroom with queen bed, bathroom w/ shower, balcony, heating only

**About the Reservation** • In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening. • 📅 Cancellation — Policy is upheld strictly. Extensions welcome based on availability. Shortened stays and date changes are subject to our cancellation policy. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. • For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**Additional Info About the Home** • This is a townhome and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout. In particular, the staircases to access the upper and lower floors are very steep (the one going downstairs is a narrow spiral, the one going upstairs is almost a ladder), which might make it unfriendly to young children and pets. Please exercise extra caution and hold handrails at all times.
**About Fees & Pricing** • We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday's pricing. • Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome; We charge $50/night for your pet(s) which have already been included in your invoice if you have selected pets on your reservation.
**House Rules** • This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets. • Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.

We really enjoyed staying here. It was very clean, had all the amenities you need and was easy to get to. We enjoyed walks through the neighborhood. There is a beer garden and bar/restaurant within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay!
I had a great stay at Pidgin Point Hideaway. I love the location in west Seattle. Not too far from downtown and the beach. It is a bit smaller but the townhome is great for 4 or less people. A lot of stairs as well. But we enjoyed our stay! Definitely worth the price
Our teenaged boys loved their stay at this Pigeon Point Hideaway. Our oldest used the hill and stairs out the front door for endurance training and we all were able to find our cozy spot to hang out in when we were home for the night. It was easy for us to venture out for our excursions and sporting events each day and we were provided great suggestions by the hosts on where to eat and what to do! We had everything we needed and loved our stay in this unique suite!
We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo! Had all the right amenities, and was so centrally located to EVERYTHING! The place itself was perfect and quaint. Traversing the different levels can be challenging with luggage, or if someone has physical limitations. We will stay here again! For sure! Wonderful, quiet neighborhood, with lots to walk around and see. Love this space!
This unit was just as it was described on the listing. A very clean space with all the necessary amenities. A big plus for us was having a laundry unit available inside. We were steps away from a cool coffee shop and a short ride away from a great beach. The stairs to the loft bedroom are steep so just keep that in mind when booking this place. Otherwise, it was a lovely space in a cute and quiet community.
We were here just one night and it was perfect for us. Super clean and comfortable. Very compact. Almost like a tiny house. Very steep ladder type steps to get to the loft but we found a nice clean bathroom and a comfy bed there. And a nice deck (only accessible from upstairs room) with some chairs and cafe lights for some outside space. I believe the kitchen came with a few things like coffee etc but I don't recall exactly. We did take the management recommendation and had coffee and breakfast just a short walk down the street. Neighborhood felt safe and we had a parking spot right by the first floor door. We would def stay here again.
We absolutely loved our stay! Pigeon Point is a lovely neighborhood and we loved going for walks. Check in was easy and the staff was attentive. The place was cozy and quiet. The furnishings were cute and the space was very clean. We give Pigeon Point rental two thumbs up!!
This is a great find 2BR/2BA in a quiet neighborhood extremely convenient to both downtown and W Seattle. Bus stop is just down the hill. The upstairs bed was very comfortable and I really enjoyed the adjoining outdoor area.
My girls and I took our first ever vacation together. They wanted to visit Seattle. We were busy all day and this place served as a sate quiet place to rest up after busy days.
Great property, responsive attentive owner, and a clean and easy stay.
A fantastic choice for 2 - 4 people, if you don't mind stairs or the sometimes tight local streets.
