La Casita- 2 Bbrm Private Gated Guesthouse

La Casita is an 800 SF fully separate and gated Guesthouse in the backyard of a primary home in West Seattle for ultimate privacy. Everything is Brand New! We are conveniently located 15 minutes away the airport and downtown Seattle. A spacious, cozy and relaxing Cottage with it's own private backyard and garden area. 2 Bedrooms, full bath, washer and dryer. Plenty of comfort, space and privacy for up to 5 guests. We hope you love staying with us, as much we have loved designing the space!
The space
The guest house is its own separate and private oasis. The only area that is shared is the playground and the driveway. We have one assigned offstreet parking spot but there is also plenty of street parking. We are in the Highland Park/Riverview neighborhood which is very quiet and we don’t get any big city noise.

The house has a smart TV and its own designated Wi-Fi. There are games and puzzles for you and/or kiddos.

There is a cooktop, microwave, coffee maker and multi use mini convection oven/air fryer. Furnished with most of your cooking needs and we even have a Britta water filter for you!
