"The location was fantastic to our port. We were able to walk to Pikes Market as well as the cruise ship on the day of departure. Above all the staff was very kind, guest oriented and made all the accommodations needed for my family. We felt safe and would definitely recommend. Reasonable from a price point and located near several restaurants."

"Overall, our room was very clean, except for one of the framed images on the wall, which had an excessive amount of splatter of some sort all over the glass on the front. Bedding and pillows were clean and comfortable. When is staff was very helpful and friendly. Only issue was the lack of consistency with the elevator working. They were very good about communicating the issue ahead of time but it was a real pain with only one of the elevators working during our visit and at one point the working one appeared to go down as well. We were on the 7th floor and had to take the stairs several times mostly due to the lengthy wait times given the amount of people waiting to use the elevator."

"The motel was ok, stayed there a year ago and it was amazing. When we got our room this time it had not been stocked with the amenities. No soap, shampoo, and only one towel. We requested they provide more towels (we wanted a shower after 3 days on a train). They finally brought one towel at 11 pm. The next morning I requested a couple more towels from cleaning staff and was told they didn't have any. However, she scavenged some from someone else's room."
