- Paid hourly street parking is available, or paid daily parking is located in the 24/7 parking lot behind the building. The daily rate is $12/day.
- There is ongoing construction next door, which may result in some daytime noise. We appreciate your understanding and are happy to answer any questions before booking. For your comfort, we’re happy to provide earplugs and can also offer a white noise machine upon request to help minimize any disruption during your stay.
- No Smoking or Vaping Inside- $500 fine if discovered.
This is a non-smoking building, meaning no smoking or vaping is allowed in the apartment, hallways, or rooftop. If you’d like to smoke, please do so outside the building. Thanks for respecting the space!
