The two-bedroom, two-bath standard units are generally located on the lower floors and may have little or partial views of the ocean and beach. These units are approximately 900 square feet and are limited to 6 guests. They offer a complete kitchen, living room, dining room, fireplace, and balcony. Each is furnished with a king bed, a queen bed, and a queen Murphy bed in the living room. The twins may be combined to make a larger bed if requested.

There is parking available in the parking garage for 2 vehicles. All vehicles must be under 6 ft 11 in to fit into the parking garage. Parking on the street is not permitted.
