単に愛らしい家族のビーチの家、ビーチへのアクセスからわずか1ブロック。 愛情を込めて改造し、海岸のスタイルと色でビーチをテーマにしています。 リビングルームには2つのソファがあり、そのうちの1つはクイーンハイドベッド、フラットスクリーンテレビ、ケーブルテレビサービスです。  そこから、スライド式のガラスのドアは、魅力的な裏庭のあるバックデッキに向かって開きます。 静かな人里離れたスペースで、ファイヤーピット（火災シーズン中は立ち入り禁止）と屋外用家具をお楽しみいただけます。  ガレージではバーベキューも利用できます。
マスターベッドルームには、快適なキング��ッドとフラットスクリーンテレビが備わっています。  マスターベッドルームに隣接して、シャワーと洗濯機と乾燥機を備えたフルバスルームがあります。 ダイニングエリアとキッチンは全面改装されており、明るく開放感があります。 キッチンからはかわいいハーフバスがあり、その向こうにはクイーンマーフィーベッドのある2番目のベッドルームがあります。  2つの駐車場があります。 1つはガレージに、もう1つは私道にあります。 楽しい！

Very nice property, clean, quiet, and everything is so close. Loved that kitchen had anything you could think of. Also, having extra half bath was super useful. The only issue we had was with microwave as it kept on turning off. Something with the electrical. Maybe host can fix that? Thank you!

Loved the location to the beach and quiet neighborhood. The decor is cute. The place does have an “old house” smell. Although with the patio door open it airs out.

Great Location

This adorable little house is just a few houses down from the beach and a nice stroll to the promenade walkway. We soon discovered we didn't need our car to get around town. The house had everything we needed for cooking. There are some family movies and games. If there were any drawbacks, the direct tv doesn't have the best channels. Very cute and cozy and super clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Close to the beach

I really enjoyed my stay. Close to beach and had everything we needed. We could walk to friends and families rental homes to enjoy a birthday celebration. Would stay there again!

Perfect vacation

Everything we looked forward to.One suggestion would be for a kettle ( stovetop or electric) and maybe a teapot. Otherwise,well equipped for our stay.

Comfortable, pleasant neighborhood and house

This rental fit exactly what we needed. A good home base for beach activities. A great place to relax after a day out and about. We loved having a garage to park in. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed.

The house is adorable and the beach access is 1/2 block up the street. The backyard was pleasant to look out at and our boys were able to play out there where we could see them. The backyard is not fully fenced. Unfortunately it rained during most of our stay and it would have been nice if the DVD players worked. The property manager came right over to help, but wasn't able to fix it. (She was very nice.) There was a bottle cap in the bedroom but the rest of the house was clean. I would recommend a higher toilet in the bathroom with the shower.

Perfect setting for a romantic get away

This is a lovely cottage. We celebrated our 38th wedding anniversary. The storms kept us from the beach but it is so close. The storm also knocked out the T.V. connections so we talked to each other!!! Only issue for us was that the bed was TOO soft. Otherwise a great place to stay.

Decent for the price and location

Love the location and overall layout but the WiFi is definitely out dated and barely reaches the living room, rat holes on the side of house and they dragged a bag with a couple snacks under the house. Will still recommend to people

We had a Great Stay

This cottage is in the perfect location for a visit to Seaside and just minutes from the beach. It is located just to the end of the walkway on Seaside so perfect for strolling to go out for dinner or to take the kids to the arcade or aquarium. The Seahorse cottage was very clean and well-equipped. It's as excellent for a young family and we only wished that we could have stayed longer. I would definitely recommend this place and book it again.
