「Front door on the promenade, where we could watch people walk past, sitting by the gas fire "table" ...with front door access for our dog, when duty called. Gated front yard too. Easy 5 min. walk to turn about, a little further to aquarium, and back to Broadway for kids fun time and shopping. Did not pay attention to "vintage" description of house but it was the cutest ol' house in between the taller rental structures. Felt special in this 1904 cottage compared to the more modern high rises.」

「Perfect 2 bedroom with sleeper sofa. My husband and 2 kids (11/13) stayed here. We like the proximity to everything and super close to the boardwalk/promenade start.It has a washer/dryer which is nice (we didn’t use it but definitely a perk if you need it. The inside is so charming. The only thing that would make it out of this world would be a hot tub. But as is, it’s amazing.」

「This was a great place to stay in Seaside! Perfect walking distance to the beach and good restaurants, but on the quiet side of the city. It’s a quaint home, very clean, and the owners went out of their way to communicate and give recommendations. The beach chairs, beach toys and lawn games were a bonus, as our two-year-old was with us. We would definitely stay again!」
