"Room was as expected, good size, bunk for teenager and enough room for the dog bed and dog to wonder round in. Room was reasonably clean, linen fresh and clean. Wifi struggled a little for 24hrs. Breakfast was plentiful, staff were lovely, nice touch in the room for the dog (treats). Would stay again."

"Seahouses is fabulous and a great base for exploring the Northumbrian coast. Great food and atmosphere at The Olde Ship Inn and also down the road at The Ship at Low Newton by the Sea.The Coracle was small but cosy. Very comfortable beds and all the basics you could need. The log burner was a welcome boost to the electric heating. Heaters in the bedrooms worked very well but made a little noise. Shower room was small but functional, however some attention is needed to the flooring outside the bathroom as one board was damp. We very much enjoyed our stay. Location was great."

"We had an amazing time in Seahouses. Great accommodation, amazing views of Seahouses and the sea front, all the way up to Bamburgh Castle and Holy Island. Easy access to 2 amazing beaches and the coastal walk. No issues at all, well managed property. Full marks for the owners. "

"Easy check in. Accommodation clean, however some of the glases/cutlery needed further cleaning. Ideal for 2 night stay but if staying for week certain things needed more attention. Overall happy. Perfect location. Tv too big for layout of room, bit sceptical about trying to turn round for sofa and chair visibility. Bedrroms comfortable and ideal for 3 of us, maybe a bit tight for 4 people but v happy to return. Thank-you "

"Great location just yards from the beach, as base for visiting nearby attractions such as bamburgh castle and Cragside. Rocky in parts but otherwise golden sand beach and again short walk to Seahouses. Just lovely seaside resort. Hotel staff friendly and food excellent with choice of dining room or lounge to relax. Would stay again."

"Great big house , great garden for the dogs, fantastic location , close to town with shops, pubs, restaurants, but when you pay a lot of money for 1 week, you don’t expect to have to spend your first few hours cleaning the place , the microwave and toaster needed thrown away and replaced, it would be a really good place if it was deep cleaned , also this is our 10th time doing these kind of holidays and 4 times to seahouses, and it’s the first property that had no welcome pack, 3 weeks ago we stayed at Jess,s hideaway and it was fantastic, even a great welcome pack for the dogs , will I stay here again , jury’s out"
