"The bathroom had so much hair and the staff does not clean rooms daily nor do they speak to guests at all only the front desk concierge was extremely helpful with great customer service but absolutely no one else."

"The breakfast was included with your stay. It consisted of fresh scrambled eggs, turkey bacon, assortment of bagels, bread and English muffins. They had cereal, yogurt, fresh coffee and a waffle station. Everything was fresh and delicious. The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk was friendly and very helpful. Definitely will stay there again."

"Our room was beautiful! Great views! Staff greeted us as we pulled in and inside the hotel as well. Efficient with no wait and we’re lucky to get an early checkin. Staff in every area including by the pool were exceptionally attentive. Can’t wait to go back!"

"My mom died so I booked the room for my Dad. A week before arrival his dad died so we called the desk and they said manager Carol will cancel since your within cancellation period and I just needed to call hotels.com. When they called she denied approval and refused to cancel or call me back after calling multiple times until Friday at 4pm before arrival. One time a receptionist even checked her office to let me know she was there and I was still sent to voicemail. I decided to make the trip instead of loosing out all the money and I'm glad I didn't send my Dad. Questionable cleanliness and management for SURE. Lots of dirt in the corners and black hairs all over the bathroom (I have blonde hair). The sink was falling apart and the staff didn't clean the soap scum off the bottles on the wall. Not what I expected after booking such an expensive oceanfront room at a resort but should have guessed considering the manager.... yikes ! "
