Good have been better
For two days we had no hot water. Day the repair guy came and repaired it but the day spoiled. I was there to lay my sister to rest. Not to mention a guy approached my young daughter about parking. When confronting him he never responded as to who was. He just said we couldn’t park under the unit and our name has to be on the deed and ONLY the owners of the property could park there. I spent almost 3,000 to rent this place that the tubs are dated etc. NOT to mention we had to walk up to the third floor with heavy luggage. We called the customer service department who was very understanding and advised that who approached my daughter should never done that he should have came to the door. She identified him as the HOA president. To my understanding they had complaints about this that guess who has rented the unit cannot park in the owners spot EVEN if the owner is not there. I will not be returning. I have spent many vacations on SEABROOK ISLAND and never had this issue. Sincerely,Disappointed guest.
