With over 3000 square feet of living space, there is room for all to relax and unwind. The home is decorated in a palette of romantic burgundies, blush pink, and woodsy greens. Guests adore the living area set against a wall of windows overlooking the greens. Sliding doors in the living room lead out to the large first-floor deck under the live oak trees draped with Spanish Moss. A Weber propane grill is provided on the deck. Ample seating makes this an ideal spot to gather with loved ones, plan for the day ahead, or enjoy board game night. An added gathering space off the living area offers a large Smart TV and plush seating.
The large kitchen is fully stocked for serving and gathering. Whether you're serving a Lowcountry Boil, enjoying Thanksgiving on the island, or bringing in a private chef, counter space abounds. The round dining table in the kitchen and two bar stools make this spot a great space for family and friends. The screened porch off the kitchen, with its Southern Haint blue ceiling and bistro table, is a great space for morning coffee or a cocktail at sunset.
The first floor has a guest bedroom with a queen bed and a private bath featuring a tub/shower combo, providing a wonderful sleeping option for those who want some extra privacy. On the second floor is the main bedroom suite and two additional guest bedrooms. The main suite offers a comfy king bed, access to the upper deck overlooking the lush greenery of the island, a reading chair, dresser, mirror, closet, and a large en-suite bathroom. The primary en-suite bathroom has both a jetted tub and a walk-in shower. The second floor's large first guest bedroom has a queen bed plus a twin bed, which is great for siblings or multiple families with a younger child, and features access to the second-floor deck. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed and a crib. Both of these guest rooms share the full hall bathroom with a shower and vanity. The full-size washer and dryer are located on the second floor, and we provide some laundry pods for the convenience of our guests.
The elevator makes access to all floors of this home simple. There is Wi-Fi throughout the home and garage access. Guests can conveniently park in the winding driveway.

• CHILDREN: Children welcome. Steps to the front door, and a crib is available in the second-floor guest bedroom.
• PET POLICY: Dog friendly. Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome. An additional nominal pet fee applies.

• LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this stay, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable bed linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. No need to rush to the store at the start of your stay, as a starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are provided. Guests should plan to bring their own beach towels (although towel service is available at the Beach Club).
• WASHER & DRYER: A full-size washer and dryer are located on the second floor for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know.
• COFFEE MAKERS: A standard carafe coffee pot and a Keurig single-serve machine are on site. Please bring your own ground coffee for the carafe option or use your favorite Keurig K-cups.
• AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club (seasonally), dining club, racquet club, and award-winning golf. Without this card, access to these options is prohibited. Additional fees are charged for activities. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone. The fitness center at the Lakehouse and the indoor pool are accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Pre-order forms are mandatory for all guests wishing to use the outdoor Lakehouse pool. Please ensure that your completed form is submitted to the amenity office at least two weeks prior to your arrival to avoid a $10 late fee.
• ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Gate check-in may require a valid photo ID. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) charges for all gate passes. The charge is $45 per vehicle. The first vehicle is included in the grand total of your reservation. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night to 179 nights. There is a strict maximum limit of 4 vehicle passes for this property. Street parking is prohibited. Each pass requires one licensed driver's name, and guests may be asked to show a driver's license at the gate. Once the vehicle pass is issued, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle.
• CHECK IN: While self-check-in makes the arrival process simple, we offer as much assistance with the check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions. Our team provides self-check-in instructions for your convenience. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone or meet you at the property.

• THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. The marina is close by, as are historic gardens and plantations. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily.
• CANCELLATION POLICY: For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, the guest will be refunded an amount equal to the new rental rate minus $300. The amount refunded is not to exceed the original amount paid by the guest.
• ADDITIONAL POLICIES/RULES: A minimum age of 21 is required for guests making a reservation. Walking onto the golf course is strictly prohibited. Be aware of potential golf balls in motion. Children and pets are welcome in the yard but must stay off the golf course.
• IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments, and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
• POLICY ON SMOKING: No smoking or vaping inside or at the property. Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages of no less than $400 per incident.
• PARTIES: No events or parties. There are morning and evening noise ordinances for the quiet enjoyment of all. This is an ideal property for making memories but this is NOT A PARTY PROPERTY!!
