The property itself is clean and right on beach. The couch is a little past its life, and for the price, should be replaced. The biggest complaint is with the property management company. I own a short term rental myself and was disappointed how coastal getaways manages this property. The emails are convoluted, instead of having specific emails for property or site you book through, they are a bit lazy and just use a single generic email to cover all which is a bit confusing. After booking, then the additional fees start, such as fee for gate pass, fee for the so called included amenity card, etc. it felt like every week a new email and fee came on top of confusion as to what extra step I needed to fulfill before check in date or risk loosing additional money. They should step up, put the effort into making cost straight forward and include into the nightly rate as well as putting together dedicated emails for each property that also pertains to site you booked through.
