"Service is meh. Design is meh. Didn't provide a second choicr of room design. Attitude was just fine. Cleanness was poor. Had to ask for maid to come clean again. Equipment is cheap and low quality. Amenity is old and worn out. Flushing button is wobbly. I regret going. I recommend avoiding. "

"Staff was very polite and helpful. However they did take the phone number of my guest for contact information. I think it would have been more appropriate to take my information, since the reservation was under my name & paid by me. Room has extravagant & quirky decorations, but is very much in need of a deep cleaning! Lots of dust on the mirrors, tiles, and under the bed. A/C cannot be controlled within the room, and Staff must be called if it needs to be turned on/off. Breakfast is included,...
