"Perfect location for a NW Arkansas vacation with our kids and grandkids. The property was as-pictured. The open kitchen/dining/living area was excellent for socializing and the gameroom and dock were perfect for recreation. Plenty of space at night to spread out and accomodate our party of nine for quiet sleeping quarters. Landscaping and path to the dock is well done and loved the water feature. The home is tucked in a private neighborhood in a quiet cove a short distance from the marina and main channel.A few notes: There is a small Traeger pellet grill/smoker. It works great but you need to bring your own pellets. The way to the dock has about 75-100 steps and small children will need supervision. Not recommended for those with mobility limitations."
