Waterfront Vacation Home w/Private Pier Scotland Point Lookout State Park
Welcome to this beautiful house alongside the Chesapeake Bay. This house comes with three fully furnished bedrooms, and two bathrooms. As of now, the second story is unavailable. This home also comes with a cozy living room at the front door and a kitchen/dining area.
This waterfront house comes with its own dock, so feel free to go fishing, crabbing, boating, and other things of the sort! Luckily, this house has a breathtaking view of the Point Lookout State Park, which you can feel free to visit! We hope you enjoy your stay!
Before renting, please read the following.
1. We provide basic necessities such as soap, toilet paper, linens, and towels. This does not include food and laundry detergent, though. Our laundry machine is out of order, bedsheets will be washed after you depart. Please consider bringing extra towels.
2. This house uses well water. Highly recommend please bring your own water for drinking and cooking.
3. Please do NOT flush or dispose toilet paper or menstrual products into the toilet. All of the drains lead into the house’s septic tank, which could get clogged.
4. Please bring bug spray and sunscreen during your stay.
