「Staff amazing reception staff informed us of everything needed to know very polite.lovely size rooms we had a problem.with ours went to reception and they changed our room immediately. Breakfast staff polite attentive and chatty made aware of all available on the breakfast bars.hotel clean throughout.10/10 from us.looking again for march for our big anniversary definitely recommend to family and friends.」

「Room 122 was a lovely big room the bed was very comfortable it could have done with a floor length mirror . The bathroom had a shower only and a small sink with no shelves to put your cosmetics on . Lovely hotel we have stayed here many times. 」

「I wasn't sure what to expect before I arrived at the Derby Arms but the initial greeting was warm and sincere. My room was delightful, clean and well appointed with a good sized bathroom with both a bath and a choice of shower heads. For both nights I ate in the restaurant and was served by a charming and efficient waitress.
