"I travel to the Boston area about once every six weeks and, as a former South Shore resident, enjoy staying at this hotel. It's clean, comfortable, and safe, with a nice (and free) breakfast buffet. The front-desk staff in particular are professional and friendly, and greet me by name. I also appreciate the free parking, easy access to the highway, and proximity of several good restaurants. "

"The room I stayed in clearly needed some maintenance. The heater had broken down, the lamp was flickering, the bathroom had ran out of shampoo, and the telephone to talk to the front desk was not working. "

"The location is great. The room was clean and quiet. The WiFi was not so great and didn’t work well and would shut off. The spa really is just a steam room. The pool is more so to exercise rather than to relax. There are no loungers to put your feet up and the pool water is very cold. Wish there was a jacuzzi but seems to be a rare amenity to find in Boston. "
