Bright, spacious house in a beautful village. Very clean and airy house with big garden that's ideal for kids to play in. The hosts are the friendliest you could hope for and made us very welcome. The local area is beautiful and the house is about 10 mins drive from a supermarket, 15 mins from a good outdoor swimming pool. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend.

Es war alles vorhanden, was wir für einen schönen Urlaub brauchten. Der Garten sowie das Haus super schön. In 30 Minuten waren wir an verschiedenen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Parks. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur 5 Min mit Auto entfernt. Können wir nur weiterempfehlen.

Außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattetes und eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit schönem Garten, perfekt aus Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge.

Wir würden das Haus jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Es ist sehr groß. Ideal für große Familie oder Gruppen. Alles sehr gepflegt und sauber(drinnen und draußen) Für die kleinsten sogar ein Sandkasten und Gartenhaus. Der Ort ist recht ländlich, aber es gibt eine tolle Pizzeria, die immer gut besucht ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto im Nachbarort zu erreichen. Vermieter sind sehr bemüht und geben Empfehlungen für Unternehmungen. Unser Sohn (2Jahre) wurde krank und uns wurden sofort Vorschläge für einen Arzt gegeben. Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen, dass wir sehr zufrieden waren und es jederzeit wiederkommen würden.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön und geräumig. Auch bei voller Belegung hat man sowohl drinnen als auch draußen mit eigenem Garten und schöner Terrasse sehr viel Platz. Die Ausstattung entspricht der Beschreibung, es gibt alles was man braucht (keine Waschmaschine). Alles ist sehr sauber und in gutem Zustand. Gut für Familien geeignet, man kann auch mal etwas lauter sein. Es gibt viele nahegelegene Attraktionen, teils fußläufig. Die Vermieter sind äußerst sympathisch! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!

Perfekt und durchdacht ausgestattetes kinderfreundliches Haus in ruhiger Top-Lage mit extrem freundlichen, kompetenten und serviceorientierten Gastgebern Die Lage ist bestens geeignet zum Wandern, Radfahren und Baden. Es gibt viele sehr gut ausgestattete Freibäder und bayerische Biergärten in der Umgebung. Regensburg, Landshut und Passau sind alsTagesausflug innerhalb 1 Stunde erreichbar.

Ein wunderschönes Anwesen mit einem traumhaft gepflegten großen Garten. Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Unsere Enkelin stürzte sich gleich aufs Spielhäuschen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt. Die Gastfreundschaft wird groß geschrieben. Fühlten uns rund um wohl und konnten die Woche sehr genießen. Die große Terrasse wurde schon zum Frühstück genutzt die mit einer tollen Markise bestückt ist. Werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und haben sich sofort um Dinge gekümmert wie defekte Kaffeemaschine und Heizungsanlage. Alles sehr stimmig im Haus und man konnte sich wohlfühlen.

Als gezin met 2 volwassen kinderen bij de familie Ederer te gast geweest. We voelden ons erg welkom en hebben een prima tijd gehad. M. is erg vriendelijk en neemt alle tijd voor je, om de gang van zaken uit te leggen. De woning is erg groot, 3 fatsoenlijke slaapkamers en 1 kleinere met stapelbed. Garage (met afstandsbediening) staat tot je beschikking. Mocht het regenen, kun je droog naar binnen. Ook de tuin is erg ruim en de woning ligt aan een rustige weg.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Schon bei der Ankunft ist Frau Ederer sehr freundlich und lässt einen gut in den Urlaub starten. Der Garten ist mega klasse, neben dem Grill, einem großen Kirschbaum gibt es auch viele Spieleerlebnisse für Kinder. Wir haben unsere Zeit genossen und würden sofort wiederkommen.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich und freundlich von der Familie Ederer empfangen.Das Haus ist ein absoluter Traum. Die Straße kaum befahren. Schönen Stunden im riesengroßen Garten steht also gar nichts im Wege. Die Lage ist toll und man hat sich wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist super - wir haben nichts vermisst. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Wir wurden mit einer herzlichen Umarmung gegrüßt und fühlten uns willkommen und sofort wie zu Hause :-) Familie... war in unserer Urlaubszeit immer für uns erreichbar und las uns quasi die Wünsche von den Augen ab ...egal was uns fehlte oder welche Frage wir hatten, alles wurde möglich gemacht. Hier nochmal ein riesiges DANKESCHÖN!!! Das Haus ist einfach ein Zuhause! Liebevoll eingerichtet, mega viel Platz und der wunderschöne Garten und die Terrasse lassen keine Wünsche offen.
