「素晴らしいロケーション！駅、観光名所（魚市場、ブリッゲン、丘へのロープウエイ駅）やお店、レストランなど） Great location! Close to everyhting, such as Bergen statioin, fish market, Briggen, the hill to the ropeway station, shops and restaurants. ホテル外観に高級感があるように、ホテルサービスや雰囲気もとても優れている。スタッフもフレンドリーで好感が持てる。我々の部屋は最上階（４階）で天井に斜めの天窓があり、ベッドに寝たまま夜空が見える。（ただし、滞在中は雨で夜空は見えなかったが）。バスルームは広く、とても清潔。ウエルカムドリンクとして、部屋にボトル入りのリンゴジュースが冷やされて置いてあった。朝食も充実して、美味しかった。ビュッフェスタイルだが、オーダーも出来るので、エッグベネディクトとアボガドオープンサンドを注文し、美味しかった。ただし、カプチーノは別途有料になるらしい。」
「Great stay just outside the heart of Bergen's Bryggen area, right next to the fortress. We had no view out the window, but the business category room was a good size and bathroom very large for Europe. We also appreciated having laundry available (washer and dryer) on site, for a fee, for hotel guests. The building has no air conditioning, which was an issue when we stayed due to the July heatwave, but the front desk let us borrow a small fan which at least provided a tiny bit of moving air in...
"I always stay at this hotel when I come to Bergen. It is close to the terminal of the light rail from the airport and very convenient for sightseeing around downtown. And my favorite thing about this hotel is the breakfast. Single rooms may be a bit small, but enough for me."
