This exceptionally beautiful apartment with its own entrance is on the first floor. It has 40m² of living space and can accommodate four people. The apartment features an accomplished combination of old and new, with a particularly striking wooden beam structure. It has a fully-equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine and kettle. The dining space in the living room in front of the open kitchen consists of an old table and four modern chairs, along with a comfortable old sofa that you can sit on to watch TV. The modern bathroom has a bath, WC, hairdryer and bathroom radiator, along with a washing machine. The gallery, accessed up wooden stairs, has a sleeping area with two big double beds (200 x 200cm). To get to the second bed you have to slide under the main beam (about 80cm of space).

The apartment also has a little terrace for relaxing. Please note that pets are not allowed if you rent the studio on its own.
