Only downside during the stay was the breakfast staff - in particular the two men who took your breakfast orders, they were grumpy, abrupt and sometimes rude which was a shame because breakfast itself was great."

"The staff were wonderfully helpful and friendly. A warning to any potential visitors, the underground car park is very small, down a ramp with a 180 degree turn at the bottom and in a medium-sized car was very, very difficult to manoeuvre and park. That said, the fact that we could park in central Brussels was a real positive. The location is brilliant and a 6-7 minute walk to the Grand Place and is surrounded by lovely restaurants and bistros."
