The apartment was extensively renovated in 2020/21, lovingly furnished and is in a quiet location, just a few meters walk from the beach. The living space of the approximately 43 square meter holiday apartment is divided into a bright living area with an integrated open and high-quality fitted kitchen, a cozy bedroom and a modern shower room with toilet and a furnished balcony facing south. Here you can enjoy your vacation. From here you have access to the furnished southwest balcony, which is covered and where you can sit very comfortably even in bad weather. The bathroom has a toilet, a shower and a vanity unit with plenty of storage space. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (separate mattresses, open foot end, dimensions 2 x 0.90 x 2 meters) and a wardrobe that offers enough space for your luggage. The large living room has a corner sofa, a TV cabinet with flat screen TV, an open modern kitchenette and a cozy dining area. The kitchen is equipped with 4 ceramic hobs with extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. There is also a free parking space and a bicycle cellar available. Since the end of April 2023 there has been a construction site on the neighboring property!
