This bright, light-filled two-room apartment is located about 100 meters from the beach on the 4th floor and offers a wonderful view of the sea from its large north/east-facing balcony.
The apartment is easily accessible by elevator. The living-dining area is furnished in a modern and cozy style and features a sleeper sofa (sleeping area: 1.60 x 2.00 m), a dining area for 3 people, cable TV, and Wi-Fi. The open kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, a drip coffee maker, and a microwave. The separate bedroom features a comfortable double bed (1.80 m x 2.0 m). The shower room/restroom has a window that provides natural light. The apartment includes a parking space in the carport with a lockable bike storage area. Pets are not allowed! This is a non-smoking apartment.
