Mixing modern fittings with classical features, the property has been furnished to a high standard; expect Smeg appliances, a wine fridge, classic coffee maker, kingsize beds and Smart TVs throughout. What better way to enjoy the best of Yorkshire. On the ground floor is the fabulous open plan kitchen with a sweeping dining table, with views onto the enclosed private garden with the sea beyond. The views get better and better as you ascend over the floors. On the first floor you have the living room with two large sofas and views onto St Mary’s Church and the coastline. Plus, a double bedroom again boasting wonderful sea views. The second floor has two twin bedrooms as well as a shower room. Then up on the third floor you have the master double bedroom with an incredible bird’s eye view over the coast as well as an en-suite bathroom. Stepping outside you have your own private enclosed garden perched on the cliff top, with decking and an outdoor dining table, perfect for soaking up the scenery. Perfectly placed on the quiet Scarborough peninsula, walk to either beach in minutes, the historic castle, theatres, and restaurants. And for the kids, you are a 5-minute drive from the Alpamare Water Park, Sealife Centre, Surf School, skate park, BMX track and picnic areas. A short drive takes you to Wykham Lakes for sailing, wakeboarding and paddleboarding, whilst Dalby forest offers walks, mountain biking and Gruffalo trails. The house benefits from its own parking bay on the doorstep, with an additional permit provided for on street parking.

The properties can be booked together to accommodate larger groups.
