Welcome to Casa Coco, our custom designed Garde unit one-bedroom getaway complete with standout features like a thatched palapa roof. Located in the coveted North Beach neighborhood, our home sits 2 blocks above the beach – and has the stunning ocean views to prove it.

-You're a five-minute walk from the beach and a ten-minute stroll from the main plaza, where you'll find authentic cafes and restaurants centered around a vibrant park

-The property has 3 units, which can be rented together to sleep 7 in 3 bedrooms and 3 baths—the perfect setup for 2/3 couples or a small family.

-The property is owner managed and very secure. No smoking is allowed inside under roof. This house is lovingly maintained with attention to detail.

Beautiful Property

Lovely property, we rented the ground level 'garden apartment'. It feels very secluded being partially below grade and doesn't have views of the ocean, but I knew that ahead of time and it makes for a quieter experience away from the noisy town center.The outdoor kitchen and palapa are beautiful. Be careful of leaving any food out, there is a cute and bold coati (racoon) that likes to steal any fruit left out on the counter.The property is on the north side of town and 3 blocks from the beach up a steep but manageable hill.

Perfect spot

The property is fun and beautiful. The outdoor shower was amazing. The staff are very nice. There’s definitely a language barrier with Jose and Maria if you don’t speak Spanish. Tom the property manager was lots of help in navigating things. Having access to the gulf cart was a bonus. You definitely want a gulf cart to get around. The locals are welcoming and helpful. I would stay again.

Garden Hideaway

This property had lots of stairs down to it and not well lit. Just a few motion lights at top entrance. The lights further down weren’t working. I did mention it the morning we left and was fixed. Has a little sitting pool that ran and couldn’t shut it off. Close to neighbours and I’m sure they could here it run when it was on. Would finally shut off around noon. A night light in the bathroom would be good. Just a few little things for safety that could be looked at. On the whole it was clean and comfortable. Spent most of the day away on the beach and on adventures.

Sayulito

The property was very nice, comfortable and clean. Well stocked kitchen. Nice open air shower. It is up a bit of a hill for walking to town, though nicely away from all the hubbub. There is a golf cart at the premises to rent, and beach chairs and umbrellas which aren't mentioned on the listing. However, those items are also available to the upstairs unit, so first come, first served. Overall a wonderful stay.

Great Spot

Absolutely fantastic!! Small improvements could be - update the pics. Think it looks better now than on the profile. Advertise the private washroom which is lovely - big plus for my partner. Easier access to golf carts (price is steep) would be a plus. Communal chairs are pretty worn (not a deal breaker by any means just a heads up.
