「Waited half an hour outside the hotel at 1:30am after driving 10 hours to wait for someone to unlock the lobby door and check us in. Then had to wait for the staff to find us a pet-free room even though we had pre-booked a pet-free room. It was noisy and we maybe got 2 hours of sleep. The breakfast was pretty scarce as well, even though we went at 6am as soon as it started. 」

「There was a hole in the wall that looked like someone tried to patch it. The toilet didn’t flush well with a plunger next to the toilet just in case. The tub floor was stained, the toilet bowl was stained. The sink did not drain well. The bed spread had what looked like paint splattered and the corner of the spread was torn. The experience was very disappointing.」

「Staff was the best part of the stay. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The Lodge was under renovation so we stayed in a cabin. Loved that there was a kitchenette. Although dated, the cabins were clean and comfortable. The beds and bedding were also comfortable with plenty of pillows.」

「Construction work made it a little bit tougher to navigate the hotel. But we understand the redo of the property! 」
