「We had a newly renovated room which was lovely. Front reception staff are awesome. Front pathway gardens need some attention and lots of people don’t pick up after their dogs in the designated relief area. Annoying! Come on dog owners!!! 」

「Room was clean but beds are NOT comfortable. Pillows are also very hard. AC was not on in the room when we got there and the room was extremely warm and took a long time to cool it down. Positives would be easy on and off 75 and it was clean. 」

「オハイオのコロンバスからグレートスモーキーマウンテンに行く途中で利用 ホテル到着が夜中でしたが、フロントの対応はよかったです。 建物、部屋の設備等のかなり古いです。エアコンの調節が分かりづらかったり、毛布が薄かったり、バスルームが何十年もリフォームされてない感じだったり・・・と残念でした。 不思議と朝食は普通レベルだったのが意外でした。」

「I had a reservation for this location. I paid 185.00 plus tax for a room that the bed sheets had stains, I could not turn off the air because of a missing wall thermostat. Called the front desk, was told they were full and had no other vacant rooms. The hotel is under going construction, on top of that was missing buttons on the elevator, we got stuck on the elevator, the in door pool was not accessible, hampton inn suggested that i take my four grandchildren across the street let them swim...

「you forgot to tell us the building was half torn down, no signs on the building, mattresses everywhere parts and supplies all around the place where you park. the manager was very nice and willing to help us. picture on the ad was not even close!!! and this is how expedia does business?」

「Hotel is brand new. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is nicely located with many restaurants and coffee shops close by. Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again. 」

「Despite the hotel being almost empty, we were given a room on the 2nd floor farthest from the lobby despite requesting to be moved. A $35 fee for a 7lb tiny dog is ridiculous. Room had a garbage pail full from previous guest, very little toilet paper, TV remote had no batteries and still didn’t work. Electrical outlet wasn’t working in bathroom area. Not a pleasant stay. 」

「Nice place in a convienent location. Bathroom had issues, broken toliet seat and really needed a good sweeping. Beds were comfortable with clean linen. But overall, I would stay there again.」
