The property is a modern, detached first floor holiday apartment, ideal for a couple. Bright and spacious open-plan living and dining area with a well-equipped kitchen. It is situated in the heart of Saxmundham on a new development and offers compact, contemporary accommodation close to shops and restaurants and the train station. 1 well behaved dog welcome

On entering the property, a flight of steps leads up directly into the fresh and welcoming open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with TV and DVD.

Kitchen area with an electric oven and gas hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, washing machine.

The lounge area is perfect for snuggling up together in the evening, or you can share a romantic meal around the dining table.

The double bedroom is tastefully furnished with a built-in wardrobe and an en-suite shower room.

There is also a separate spacious bathroom that has a bath with shower attachment, washbasin and WC.

The property is totally detached, making it a perfect base for a quiet, relaxing break.

Situated on a charming development near the edge of Saxmundham, this holiday apartment makes a great getaway for two guests discovering this region’s quaint villages, beautiful countryside and stunning coastlines. Saxmundham has a range of great shops, pubs and restaurants, with plenty of idyllic walks in the surrounding area. The coast is within easy reach, with the quirky purpose-built holiday village of Thorpeness just 6.5 miles away, with its pretty beach, historic windmill and large, shallow boating lake The Meare where you can go canoeing, kayaking and boating. For music lovers, the Snape Maltings concert hall and the former fishing town of Aldeburgh, known for its long association with Benjamin Britten, are both within 7 miles.

Pluses. Spacious, comfortable bed, two bathrooms, near supermarket, good parking, good WiFi. Negatives. Very tired looking. Very old fashioned furniture and decor., no coat hooks, noisy neighbours, no view.
