The hotel is a bit tried I stayed here when it was the hard rock not much has changed.
We had a couple of niggles with our room not resolved.
Housekeeping let themselves in early in the morning several times. No knocking which i found rude.
Paid for a king size room don’t waste your money.

Lovely hotel, second time staying. Breakfast is good but have to pay if you want Both a hot and cold drink, location is perfect. However, was charged twice on final bill. Still waiting for refund 4 days later.

"Staff on reception were rude very cold welcome. Room was backed onto loading bay and staff entrance. Foxes in the bins throughout the night then a man at 5:30am decided to drag trolleys about and start to clean up the rubbish. Struggling to see the bins for rubbish. Food was not great.
