Very nice hotel close to the train station. The room was comfortable and so was the bed. The reason for four stars as the breakfast was a little disappointing. There was no smoked salmon for a four star hotel for breakfast.

Breakfast is pretty good.
Rooms and bedding are outdated and AC is lacking. While the sheets were clean, there were a few holes in them. It was fine overall but it's certainly time for them to start updating rooms and buying new bedding.

Pool bar closed during our stay, so no drinks or snacks available unless you went to hotel bar. 30 mins on bus to get into Bologna centre, last bus back to hotel at 8.45pm, so used taxis a lot.
