Venez profiter de cette charmante maison ancienne rénovée, dotée d’une piscine privée au sel. Située au cœur du Sud-Ouest, entre Toulouse et Bordeaux, elle se trouve dans le hameau paisible de Sauvagnas, dans le Lot-et-Garonne.

Gîte idéal pour un couple seul ou avec enfants puisqu’il y a une mezzanine pouvant accueillir 2 personnes supplémentaires (la mezzanine convient à des enfants de 6 à 12 ans uniquement car elle a une hauteur sous plafond basse). Possibilité de venir avec un bébé (matériel bébé à prévoir).

Profitez d’un séjour au calme dans ce gîte doté d’un jardin clos de 500 m². Une partie du terrain appartient aux propriétaires mais reste librement accessible, tandis que l’espace piscine et le jardin attenant vous sont entièrement réservés, sans aucun vis-à-vis ni accès des propriétaires. Piscine privée et jardin totalement privatifs.

- Animal accepté sur demande uniquement (maximum 1) / jardin clos mais un petit chien pourrait passer à certains endroits.
- Wifi mais pouvant être instable dans certaines pièces.
- Gîte non fumeur.

A savoir concernant le gîte :

Le gîte est mitoyen à la maison des propriétaires, avec une porte située au fond du séjour, qui est toujours fermée à clé. Les propriétaires ont conservé le charme de l’ancien, notamment avec le four à pain dans le séjour, ainsi qu’une décoration soignée et authentique.

A savoir pour votre arrivée :

- Une caution de 200€ sera à remettre au propriétaire à votre arrivée.
- Possibilité de forfait ménage en fin de séjour à régler sur place à 50€.
- Présence d'un animal : forfait ménage obligatoire à régler sur place : 70 €.
- Location de draps : 15 € la paire, lit non fait.
- Linge de Maison : mis à disposition gratuitement. (torchon et essui-vaisselle)
- Linge de toilette : non fourni.
- L'électricité consommée en supplément (forfait de 8KWH par jour soit 56KWH par semaine) n'est pas comprise dans les tarifs et sera à régler sur place en supplément après relevé des compteurs (selon le montant du prix du KWH indiqué sur la facture).
