 Frukosten över förvĂ€ntan! TyvĂ€rr var receptions chefen bĂ„de otrevlig och ovillig att hjĂ€lpa till, övrig personal pĂ„ alla avdelningar var dock strĂ„lande! SprĂ„kförbistringar vĂ„llade en del missförstĂ„nd men de klarades ut. Ingen katastrof men kommer undvika att bo hĂ€r igen om jag har chansen

Mérite un large détour !

Si le service et les Ă©quipements sont trĂšs convenables et correspondent aux attentes du plus grand nombre en famille, la qualitĂ© de l’hĂ©bergement est exĂ©crable. Le lit principal est un canapĂ© lit et au prix de vente c’est inacceptable. Les logements son proches de baraquements d’une autre Ă©poque genre 70 dans son jus, aucune isolation que ce soit thermique ou phonique. VMC totalement obsolĂšte et extrĂȘmement sonore et enfin certainement des pompes de relevage pour les eaux usĂ©es ce qui assure Ă©galement un bruit super dĂ©sagrĂ©able. BREF pas les vacances et surtout rapport qualitĂ© prix abusif.

SĂ©jours agrĂ©ablement calme deux petits bĂ©mols Ă  l arrivĂ© grosse confusion au niveau du check in sur mon site de rĂ©servation il n Ă©tais pas prĂ©cisĂ© que le linge de maison n Ă©tait pas fourni heureusement il y avait les draps et il nous ont dĂ©panner d une serviette de toilette merci au rĂ©ceptionnistes. DeuxiĂšme bĂ©mol le site est infestĂ© de moustiques nous empĂȘchent de manger dehors et de jouer Ă  la pĂ©tanque. Je sais que vous allez me dire que se n est pas de leur faute mais je pense en tout objectivitĂ© que si le faussĂ© a l entrĂ©e du site Ă©tait curĂ© et nettoyĂ© il y aurait moi t de moustiques.

ATTENTION À VOS RÉSERVATIONS

L'Ă©tat des chalet est bien la propretĂ© est un peux Ă  revoir toile d araignĂ©e graisse sur les portes ustensiles. Mais dans l ensemble etats satisfaisant. Juste un bĂ©mol je rĂ©serve pour 3 un chalet Ă  115€ arriver sur citĂ© ont me dit Ha non il y a eu un beug sa sera 162 € pas trĂšs cool,sachant que j'ai parler avec la nouvelle rĂ©ceptionniste et elle m'avait bien dit que c Ă©tais bon les 2 chalet a 115€ je trouve sa moyen de sa part de ne pas avoir pris l'initiative de le dire Ă  notre arriver devant ses supĂ©rieurs. Elle dit Ă  non j'ai pas dit sa mais bon. Du coup ils ont eu de la chance que nous avions fais les courses et que nous venions du sud de Toulouse car si non nous repartions. Donc attention quand vous rĂ©server. AprĂšs cĂŽtĂ© animation au top mais juste pour la rĂ©ceptionniste je pense pas y retourner, car me faire passer pour un MENTEUR devant ma femme et ma fille c'est trĂšs moyen. Surtout que j'y avais Ă©tais le semaine avant pour le boulot et elle me dit dans les yeux vous avez 2 chalets communiquant pour le mĂȘme prix qu'une chambre triple sa se fait pas. DSL pour le commentaire qui est un peut long mais fallait que je le dise. ATTENTION quand vous rĂ©server appeler l'accueil avant.

J'ai beaucoup aimĂ© la vue de l'appartement situĂ© Ă l'Ă©tage qui donne sur un petit parc forestier. La proximitĂ© des commerces permet de faire beaucoup de chose Ă  pieds. Le cadre naturel de Lacanau avec ses paysages forestiers. Ce que je n'ai pas aimĂ© : Au pieds de mon appartement il y a une table de ping pong et des tables de picnic, en pĂ©riode estivale cela doit ĂȘtre bruyant Personnel de maintenance qui est rentrĂ© dans l'appartement pour une intervention sans sonner (la sonnette marche). Ils ont dĂ» frapper sur la baie vitrĂ©e du balcon oĂč je me trouvais. Pour rĂ©sumer on rentre pas chez les gens sans leur autorisation, j'aurais pu ĂȘtre sous la douche etc... Le lit est un peu dur. ImpossibilitĂ© d'allumer manuellement les radiateurs ( beaucoup d'humiditĂ© sĂ©jour du 18 avril au 22 avril) ,j'ai donc eu froid... L'Ă©quipement est basique mais suffisant, le frigo est un peu vĂ©tuste ( tĂąches jaunĂątre a l'intĂ©rieur).

Bel emplacement mais logement moyen

Accueil et animation sympatjiques. Emplacement ideal avec de nombreuses activitĂ©s sur le lac, petite plage privĂ©e agrĂ©able. En revanche le confort de la chambre est rudimentaire, salle d'eau minuscule, mobilier vetuste, dĂ©co dans son jus des annees 80, odeur de renfermĂ©, un bouteille offerte mais pas de verres, pas de quoi se faire un cafĂ© ou un thĂ©, lit vieillot de 140cm. Le restaurant ressemble plus Ă  une cantine de bas de gamme. A 90€ la nuit, le rapport qualite prix est fort moyen.

Good place for a stop over

Arrived earlier and sent out at 35'C despite rooms available. I came back as indicated at 4 pm. Room allocated dirty briefly not made ready. After insisting another room was provided. Staff arrogant and not helpful but not in purpose. They are like that by nature I suppose, as no apologise given.
