The rural estate Can Gat Vell consists of two fully restored 18th century farmhouses, one facing the other: the Masia Grande with three apartments, and the Masia Pequeña with three semi-detached houses at garden level.



The rural house La Pallissa is located in the Masia Pequeña, a semi-detached house, situated in Llampaies. The 133 m² property consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, so it can accommodate 9 people.



Additional amenities include fiber optic Wi-Fi, SAT TV, 4 ceiling fans, washing machine. It does not have air conditioning. It offers a private outdoor terrace and a portable charcoal barbecue. On request, crib (extra) and high chair. There are 2 parking spaces available on the property. Only one pet is allowed.



The outdoor area is shared, has 2 fenced swimming pools (for adults and children), gardens with lawn, porch, barbecue with stone bench/table, and outdoor shower. Sports area with soccer goal, basketball basket, and chicken coop with animals.



All services such as bars, restaurants, supermarket, train station, etc. are located in Camallera, 2.5 km away.



As places of interest, you can enjoy Cadaqués, the Monastery of Sant Pere de Rodes, Besalú, the Dalí Museum in Figueres or the house where Dalí was born.



The hosts live in the property and take care of the maintenance of the shared spaces. They are available if you need anything.
