The major downside was the 'spa' facilities and the communication from the very rude staff members. "Well, it's a serviced apartment. We stayed 6 nights. No cleaning unless paid. Best to include cleaning in the price. No Towels change etc. Apartment with sea view is misleading - unless you book the last floor, the view is obstructed by a horrible restaurant. Pool is not good - faces the ground floor apartments and no place to stay. Good spa. Massage was great. Overall, the flat is nice - has all you need. Just lacks service. "

"A lovely little apartment with a beautiful pool in a rural location. The nearby town of Garriguella has a couple of restaurants, shops, a pharmacy, a bar and a wonderful cooperative serving great food too. Easy drives down to the coast and to the mountains make this a super location."

"The property was in a quiet location but had lovely views of the canal & attached swimming pool. The kitchen was well equipped but a kettle would have been useful for making cups of tea. The facilities were good but the balcony got very hot even at breakfast time so a parasol or some sort of shade would have been great."

"House was spacious and pool was good - although it would have benefitted from steps rather than a ladder. Much of the grounds and the house itself needs some money spent - like so many rental properties owners are happy to take the money but not to spend it updating their property. As an example the TV was probably 20 years old. The cutlery was similarly old. The pillows provided were pretty grim. All little things but they do impact on enjoyment. "Bonjour, Nous venons de passer une semaine avec deux couples et 3 enfants. La maison est parfaite moderne propre et bien equipee. La residence est vraiment agreable. Concernant Carmen c est vraiment une personne au top elle est a l écoute, elle repond tres rapidement et surtout vraiment arrangeante. Bravo a elle !!!!"

"The place and rooms were great, the location right next to the street was a bit loud if you have your window or door open (a lot of people rev up their bikes/cars for some reason in the vicinity) but if you close everything you hardly hear it. All devies worked without trouble, the garage entrace is quite steep, if you have a low laying car be careful there."
