Designed with soaring ceilings and flooded with natural light, this home offers a front-row seat to the best of Saugatuck. Located directly next to the historic *Saugatuck Chain Ferry and just a short stroll from Oval Beach, you are perfectly positioned to explore downtown or retreat to the water.

LIVING & ENTERTAINING
The open-concept main level is anchored by a spacious living room with a cozy gas fireplace and massive windows framing the harbor. Primary Suite: Luxurious King bed, en-suite bath, and private balcony access.
Bedroom 2: King bed with balcony access and Jack-and-Jill bath.
Bedroom 3: King bed with Jack-and-Jill bath.

Hours will vary based on weather conditions. It traditionally runs from 9am- before dusk, 7 days a week, Memorial Day through Labor Day.
It is $3 per person to ride the chain ferry one way. Children 3-10 yrs $1, under 2 are Free. Dogs, Bikes and Strollers are also free.

Awesome place and location. Even during the winter month , this place was nice and cozy with the gas fireplace . The views over the lake into down town Saugatack with all trees lite up was beautiful.

Great location! 3 parking spaces if you have 3 couples staying. The view is amazing and there are a lot of outdoor spaces to enjoy the view. It is fun to watch the boats going up and down the river. This home is very well maintained, clean & well stocked. It is perfect for 2-3 couples. Quick drive to downtown Saugatuck, which can be seen from the home right across the river, with plenty of shops and restaurants. 5 minute drive to the beach and Lake Michigan. We enjoyed the balconies from about 1pm on, as the home faces east. If you love soaking up the sun, sitting out there in the morning would be perfect! We were very impressed with this property.

Riverside Luxury: Stunning Views, Perfect Location, Indulgent Amenities & Exceptional Hosts

Stunning panoramas of the river, lake, and charming downtown are framed by the home's large windows and multiple balconies, creating a serene and picturesque setting. This home was exceptionally clean throughout with very tasteful, high-quality furnishings and design elements that created a luxurious ambiance. The location was perfect, with nearby beaches, trails, excellent restaurants and shops, and a most enchanting downtown, adding to the overall appeal. There was such a wide range of amenities provided, including an abundance of supplies throughout, and the home had perfect equipage. This lovely home was meticulously appointed and lacked nothing, providing a complete and indulgent vacation experience. I'm already thinking of a return-visit to this exceptional home, looking forward to once again savoring its luxurious comforts and prime location. It's a place that truly feels like a home away from home. I enthusiastically recommend this outstanding vacation rental – it will not disappoint.

Great stay and experience!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at here with our family! The home was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well-equipped, with everything we needed. There were cool spaces for everyone to hangout and we enjoyed relaxing on the balconies and deck with great views. The location was perfect, close to local attractions and restaurants, yet quiet and peaceful for a restful night’s sleep. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing great recommendations for things to do in the area. Overall, the property exceeded our expectations, and we created great family memories here. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable family getaway!
