The place is new and clean. It is reasonably priced. Lack sound proofing from the young family upstairs. No AC.

Great Shower

The shower was amazing, deep tub, amazing shower head, some REAL water pressure. Additionally it was quite, cozy and spacious. It was a little odd we had to strip the beds and turn on the washer ourselves but maybe thats normal with VRBO, I am new to these type of stays. The beds were very comfy!!

Lacking communication and important details

Communication There was bare minimum, which would be fine except there had been a big snow fall the day of arrival. The host didn't bother to communicate that. It would seem obvious that the guest is from out of town and probably has a rental car and is unfamiliar with the area. The neighbourhood streets had excessive amounts of snow, and of course the rental car got stuck in the middle of the street. TWICE. I messaged the host to say I was stuck a few houses away and asked if he could help. He replied back 'where?' - if he looked out the window he would have seen me. I replied back 2x and he never responded back. 2 kids pushed me out and to the 'parking spot' at the accommodations. The spot on the street was not cleared for parking, and the car got stuck again in that spot. Details! The path to the suite was not cleared of snow. It wasn't deep but - details! When I entered the suite the heat was not on and the space was freezing, it is a basement suite with tile floors and no rugs in strategic areas (like beside the bed!) the floors were frigid always. When entering the space you are inundated with fake scent / toxic chemical, migraine and cough inducing smell. Weird bathroom light/fan situation-it's basically flood lights and a jet engine fan on a sensor. Weirdly, you can't go in the bathroom w/o it going on, so soothing and gentle in the middle of the night, or ever! No big mirror No dishwasher Sorta loud living upstairs Random area quite far from dt

Small and cute

Great option for short stays! We stayed during a big snow storm so it was really cozy to stay there during the day. Our host was kind enough to shovel all the walk ways and up to our door.

The accomodations met our needs perfectly!

The apartment was ideal for my friend and I. The kitchen was great for preparing many of our own meals.The washer and dryer were a welcome addition for us long distance travellers. Overall, it was roomy and comfortable! We felt grateful and happy for it every time returned from an outing!

Great suite with everything you need

My son and I stayed here while he was in between billets for a week. It was close to everything we had to drive to and very quiet and spacious. Will stay again if we ever need to. Way better than a hotel!
