Bright, airy, modern, and a new walk-out legal basement suite with private entrance in Aspenridge, Saskatoon. It overlooks the beautiful North-East swale in the city. About 3 minutes walk to the shopping centre and 10 minutes drive to downtown. The unit is completely separate and self-contained. It has it’s own Laundary. Sorry, there’s no smoking inside the house but outside is okay! Parking is free all through your stay!
The property is as listed, however much smaller than it seems in pics. quiet, decent beds. Missing very standard amenities (had bath towels, no face towels or face cloths, no shelf in shower, no extra tp, kuriug, but no coffee pods, no hooks or boot racks by door, one kitchen chair, super small table, no oven pans or cookie sheets to even do a pizza...stuff like that) The walk to the back is sloped and icy, with 2 eves drains dumping onto steps, no rail. The "no refund" is 100% firm. We just about got storm stayed as the day before there was full road closures everywhere, plus everyone was sick. There was absolutely 0 consideration for the extenuating circumstances.

Great Stay
The suite is well maintained and very clean. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen had everything you need. Will book again.

A small apartment but everything you need for a short stay. Just a bit far from downtown.
